Hey friends! I’m popping by to share a card I created using this gorgeous Celebrate Rose Corner stamp and die set from Simon Says Stamp.
Sometimes these images can be intimidating to color but today I used minimal markers to achieve a soft and delicate look.
My image is stamped in copic friendly ink onto 80 lb white cardstock.

I used R02 and R01 to color the roses. Instead of doing a bunch of blending, I just used my markers to do an outline over the artist drawn lines.
The leaves are colored with YG06, YG01, YG00.

I used the coordinating die to cut out the image with my Platinum 6 machine. I also die cut 3 more pieces from white cardstock and layered together for dimension. I added this to a white card front and trimmed off the excess.

I love this Yay You word die because it can be so universal. I die cut it from Matte Gold and white cardstock. I layered a couple of the white behind the matte gold and after diecutting the shadow from vellum, I added a couple of the white die cuts behind the vellum.

Such a gorgeous image!
