Hello friends! Sorry I’ve been a little missing in action lately. I’ve been painting, rearranging and trying out some new filming set ups. I think I have it all nailed down but I’m sure I’ll change it again lol…. I’ll share a craft room update soon !
In the meantime, I have a new card project to share using the Spring Mountain stamp set from Gina K Designs.
The scene on this stamp set is absolutely gorgeous but sometimes can be intimidating if you are not comfortable with a lot of coloring.
So … I have a simple solution for you: Ink blend of course!
VIDEO
You can catch the video down below or HERE on my Youtube channel.
I’m using the Gina K Designs Layering White cardstock to do my ink blending today. It’s such a beautifully smooth paper.

I’m using Medium Carnation and Wild Dandelion for my colors and when they overlap, they create this wonderful orange shade.
Gina’s inks are amazing for ink blending because they will dry back to an almost airbrush finish.

Using my Misti stamping tool to stamp this large scene image from the Spring Mountain stamp set.
I trim the panel down to 3 1/4″ x 4 1/2″ and add a double sided foam adhesive sheet behind it. Then add it a white card front.

For sentiments, I used the Word Caps Hello stacked for dimension using Black Onyx cardstock.
I pulled the smaller sentiment from the Delightful Daisies stamp set, stamped in embossing ink and heat embossed with gold embossing powder onto Black Onyx cardstock.

Very simple and such a great way to put those scene images to use, even if you are not familiar with coloring.

Thanks so much for joining me today! Hope you enjoyed today’s inspiration.
I’ve joined a new platform called Buy Me A Coffee. It is a platform where you can show your support of my channel with a small donation. This helps me to continue to bring you free content and tutorials. I may down the road try to provide some bonus material or discounts so stay tuned for that!
