Neat & Tangled February 2020 Release Day 4 Inspiration

We are the final day of release week but don’t worry I’ll have more to share in the future.

Each day this week, we will be bringing you inspiration featuring the new release. We have giveaways each day as well! Be sure to visit the Neat & Tangled blog to find out the ways you can enter to win! Winners will be announced on the Neat & Tangled blog on Friday, February 21st.

Today I’m focusing on the Geometric stamp/die set. While this set coordinates beautifully with the butterflies, I am making it a focal point on my card today.

I stamped the large geometric image onto white card stock with embossing ink. Then heat embossed in white embossing powder. I ink blended Blueprint Sketch, Peacock Feathers and Cracked Pistachio Distress inks using a foam blending brush. While this would be a very easy image to fussy cut, I used the coordinating die.

Once it was die cut, I placed the image back into the die cut area and held in place with purple tape on the back. To add sparkle, I applied the NEW Stickles Nebula Glitter Gel. This stuff is amazing! As you can see, there is tons of sparkle and the stars are mixed in. So cool!

After it was dry, I removed the die cut, applied foam tape to the back and attached to a white card base.

I finished off the card with a sentiment from the Butterfly Beauties stamp set that I heat embossed in Gilded Embossing Powder onto Pitch Black card stock.

Just check out that sparkle!

I hope you enjoyed this week’s inspiration! The new release is now available for purchase separately or in a discounted package.
