Welcome everyone! I’m so excited to be a part of the Spellbinders + FSJ Hello Summer Blog Hop. They have some amazing bundles available and I’m working with a couple of them today!

If you came from Michelle Short ‘s blog you are in the right spot! If you just happened upon my post, you can start at the beginning on the Spellbinders blog to see all of the amazing inspiration! Your next stop in the hop is Justine Hovey .

One lucky winner will win a $50 gift certificate! Just leave a comment on the blogs and a winner will be chosen from the comments across the hop. The giveaway closes Monday, July 1st at 11:59 PM EDT. The winner will be announced the following Tuesday on the Spellbinders ‘s blog.

I fell in love with this Hello Summer Starry Night Project Kit – Spellbinders( SPL ) background. This includes a space galaxy red rubber stamp that covers your entire card panel with a beautiful starry night design. You can purchase the Space Galaxy Stamp Set( SPL ) stamp separately or in the Hello Summer Starry Night Project Kit – Spellbinders( SPL ).

I created an alcohol ink background on Yupo paper. Once it was dry, I heat embossed the Hello Summer Starry Night Project Kit – Spellbinders( SPL ) background with white embossing powder. Heat embossing on Yupo paper can be very tricky. Since Yupo paper is synthetic, sorts of like plastic, it can melt so I only heat embossed a little at a time. I had a little warping but I added foam tape to the entire background before adding to an A2 size white card panel.

The sentiment I used came from Hello Summer – It’s Magic! Bundle – Spellbinders( SPL ) which I stamped and added to the middle of my card.

There are more bundles available that are discounted, including an “I Want It All Bundle”, so be sure to head over and snag them up on these great deals!
