Neat & Tangled November 2019 Release Day 3 + GIVEAWAY

Welcome to Day 3 of Inspiration from the November 2019 release from Neat & Tangled. Don’t forget the release is now LIVE and ready to purchase! You can pick it up HERE (clickable link).

I love the typewriter font of the Holiday Wishes background stamp set. It reminds me of a word search and that’s kind of what I did. I had pieces left over from yesterday’s card so I put them to use.

I started by stamping this background onto a piece white cardstock with Black ink using my Misti tool. Then I trimmed the panel down to 3 3/4″ x 5″ and attached to craft foam with Connect glue. I added this panel to a card base made from Fog cardstock.

Now yesterday I had all those strips that I had cut down. I “word searched” my background to find a message. I found those words in my strips from two different colors, trimmed those words out and attached to my card front.

Fun right?! There are a variety of messages you could convey with this “word search” style of card.

Hope you enjoyed today’s inspiration!

You nailed it when you described this as being similar to a Word Search which I love doing. It also reminds me of reading a newspaper but instead of having a word typed in bold, you’ve used colour which just jumps off the page. Great card!
