Hello friends! Today I am a part of the Altenew July 2023 Marvelous Monthly Series Video Hop. I’m sharing a fun split card design using the new Build-A-Garden set. Be sure to leave comments over on my Youtube channel and the Altenew Youtube channel to be entered into the giveaway.

The split card design technique is great for large floral images like the Build-A-Garden Sweet Lilies stamp set.

I first stamped the image in Limestone ink.

Then used the following colors to ink blend my image:

• Rubellite
• Razzleberry
• Buttercream
• Warm Sunshine
• Alpine Aster
• Crystal Violet

Then I went back and stamped the image again in Jet Black Ink.

I trimmed the design in half so I could use a portion of it on TWO cards!

I love how these colors came out – so bold and vibrant!

I have one more card that I want to share and this one is using the Craft Your Life Project Kit: Tropical Vibes. The Craft Your Life Project Kits are subscription based and if you are interested in this particular kit, you have until 8/2/2023 to sign up.

I used shades of green from the Tropical Forest collection to add color to the stencil.

Then used an oval die to cut out a window for my Toucan.
