Double Heat Embossing Technique

Hi friends! My card today is going to using the double heat embossing technique to add a little more dimension to my sentiment. This card is also a part of the Simon Says Stamp Instagram Hop that you can check out HERE.

You can watch the video down below or HERE on my Youtube channel.

For my card, I’m using this beautiful new Swoopy Flowers Stamp/Stencil combo. It’s such a cool and unique design plus I love when I have coordinating stencils.

I’m inking up the image with Lilac, Orchid and Amethyst inks and for the leaves I’m using Sprout and Fairway inks.

For the large sentiment, I’m stamping with Versamark Ink and heat embossing with Gilded Embossing Powder from Brutus Monroe.

I also really love how the smaller sentiment looks like a typewrite font- so classic to me!

I added my flowers to a white panel cut to 3″ x 4 1/4″ which will leave a nice wide, White border.

I added bits of white with a gelly roll pen to a little added detail.

Be sure to catch the video with all the details!

Thanks for stopping by!
