Hey friends! I have a fun take on the Stripe Stencil from Hero Arts that I wanted to share with you today.
VIDEO
I have a video walking you through this card that you can view down below or HERE on my Youtube channel.
This card is a lot easier to explain in the video versus a blog so down below I will list the main supplies used. Please refer to the video for the best explanation.

For my background I’m using the Stripe Stencil along with Orchid and Paradise ink. I’m blending these colors on Deluxe White cardstock with blending brushes.

The large image on the front of the card comes from the Sweet As Honey stamp set. It is stamped in Intens-ified Black ink and cut out with the coordinating die.

For my sentiment I’m using the Message Strips Stamp & Cut XL. I stamped it in Unicorn Pigment ink onto Pitch Black cardstock. Then embossed with White Detail embossing powder. I used the coordinating die to trim this out to a thin strip.

This design can be used with many other stencils so be sure to dig through your stash and play around.

It’s a great twist to using our stencils and coming up with fun new designs.
