Welcome everyone! I’m excited to be joining Spellbinders in a blog hop this month sharing inspiration using their club kits. My card today will feature the Glimmer Hot Foil Club Kit and Small Die of the Month Club Kit.
I think one of the most amazing things to me with the Glimmer Hot Foils, other than them being exceptionally beautiful, is that you can ink blend over foil!

I used gold foil on white card stock using the heart from the Glimmer Hot Foil Club Kit. Then I ink blended Passionate Pink and Innocent Pink inks from Gina K Designs using blending brushes.
I also foiled a sentiment using gold foil onto black card stock. Gold on black is always so striking to me.

The background piece is from the Small Die of the Month Club Kit in which I die cut from Gold Metallic card stock.
I wanted to keep the card soft and simple so I added my foiled and die cut pieces to Fog card stock and then attached to a white card base.

I hope you enjoyed today’s inspiration! The love working with the Glimmer Kits and they are very reasonably priced.

I like the look of the hot foil but am intimidated by the products and the process. I love how you have used those products and how the card(s) turned out! Very inspiring!
