Woohoo! Until then, I will be sharing lots of inspiration using the new release.
Today is our showcase of Magic Iris Tropical Leaves Add-On, Tropical Leaves Stencil and Tropical Leaves Background Stencils! Pair this new Magic Iris Tropical Leaves Add-On set with Magic Iris and Magic Iris Add-On to create a project that features a tropical leaves frame that opens to reveal a surprise!
I’m starting out with inspiration using the Tropical Leaves Background Stencil. I used them to create a background for my Center Picture Window card. This may be my favorite center picture window card ever!
On Cilantro cardstock, I lightly ink blended Freshly Cut Grass and Noble Fir Ink from Lawn Fawn.
Using the Tropical Leaves Background Stencil and my Make Art Stay-tion, I ink blended the leaves on with Yeti Pigment ink.
This creates such a great background for my scene.
I also used the Slimline Tropical Leaves Border for the inside of my card.
I added cute critters and elements to my scene using Toucan Do It, All The Clouds, Wild For You, and Oh Gnome.
How fun right?! This will be in a video later on so stay tuned!
Next I have inspiration using the Magic Iris Tropical Leaves Add-On. I’m such a fan of the Magic Iris so I was super excited to see this come out.
What’s really great is you can use this with the Magi Iris or just on it’s own!
I have a background created by ink blending Scattered Straw, Dried Marigold, Worn Lipstick, Seedless Preserves and Black Soot Distress Oxide inks.
I used the Big Scripty Word – Hugs for the top sentiment and the inside message comes from the Magic Messages stamp set.
I can’t get enough of these critters from Toucan Do It! Stay tuned for a video on this card too!
