Taylored Expressions : Theater cards

Welcome everyone! Today is a brand new release from Taylored Expressions and I have some inspiration to share with you.

Starting off with this brand new interactive die. This is the Theater Fold Frame Die. Check out below to see how it works!

I decorated the front panels with the Bokeh stencil using Strawberry Milkshake, Salt Water Taffy and Pineapple ink. I also added the large Oh My Word Birthday sentiment. I love these new word dies! Taylor has a few of them being released today!

When you pull the sides of the card it opens up into this little theater to display images or your message.

I stamped birthday presents from the Bitty Borders stamp set inside my card.

You’ll be ready to start making interactive Theater Fold Cards when you purchase our Theater Fold Starter Bundle, available for a limited time only! The bundle includes one Theater Fold Frame Die and two sets of our Theater Fold Flaps (one each in Sugar Cube and Toffee), as well as a 6×6 Paper Pack in Playful Patterns – Bold! The Theater Fold Starter Bundle is available through Sunday, April 23, or while supplies last.

This next card also features an image from the Bitty Borders stamp set. How cute are these little daisies?

I kept the coloring of the daisies really simple and just added them to a card front that I decorated with a strips of cardstock.

I think one of the most versatile stencils in the Bokeh stencil. It pairs so nicely with everything including the newly released Oh My Word Hello. I’m head over heels in love with the font of this sentiment and the thickness of the letters.

I hope you enjoyed today’s inspiration. Be sure to check out the entire new release from Taylored Expressions.

    Dear Mindy –
Super cards! It’s not clear to me from just reading exactly how the mechanism of the theater card makes both left and right sides pull away at the same time. I will see if I can find a video. I agree that the bokeh (pronounced bo-kay according to Webster’s ??) stencil is a very good one! I loved it even more on your beer card, though it’s terrific w/ strawberry milkshake, pineapple and s.w. taffy colors. Love your polka-dotted card, too!!!
