Magic Iris Baby Card: Lawn Fawn

Welcome back everyone! I’m so excited for the new release from Lawn Fawn! So many amazing new sets and they always come out with a genius interactive die. Have you seen the Magic Iris? Oh my gosh, it’s incredible! I’m making a baby card using the Magic Iris.

I have a video showing you how to make this card using the Magic Iris. You can view the video down below or HERE on my Youtube channel.

I’m using the stamp sets Little Fireflies and Swan Soiree (new release) to create my scene. I copic colored my images and I have all the colors listed in the video.

I wanted to make the whole card front a scene so I am using the Magic Iris Add-On. I decorated the front of my card by ink blending Chipped Sapphire, Blueprint Sketch, Peacock Feathers and Black Soot Distress Oxide. Instead of adding flicks of water, I am using the new Blue Hydrangea Perfect Pearls. It almost looks like they are glowing which worked great with my fireflies!

I’m also using the Stitched Simple Wavy Border cut from Mermaid cardstock and the Cattails Borders cut from Rainforest cardstock. I love the contrast in colors between these two. It’s so striking and actually just a happy accident.

When working on my card front, I also decorated a small circle so it all matched when you opened it up.

I have all the details and instructions included in the video so be sure to check that out. The mechanics of this really do blow my mind and it makes such adorable cards!
