Hello! Hello! I’m popping in to share with you a CAS card I created using My Favorite Things. Super sweet stamp set and so many cute sentiments on it!
For this one, I did a little ink blending with my Distress Ink Oxides. I started by putting a piece of painters tape on two sides of my paper and one about a quarter of the way up my card. Then I inked up the paper above the tape with my Broken China Distress Ink Oxide. I started in a little heavy and then gradually softened my touch as I worked my way towards the middle of the card. Once I was satisfied with the blue, I carefully removed my tape that was in the middle of the card and added it over I’d just been with the blue. I used some Cracked Pistachio Distress Ink Oxide and repeated the same steps.
Once I was happy with the blending, I carefully removed all the tape. I came out with this beautiful soft background on one side of my card which is exactly what I was going for.
My bear I colored up in copics marker,s cut it out with my Scan N Cut and used some foam squares to add it to my card. I didn’t really want to add much more so I just stamped this super sweet sentiment next to my bear. I also used some clouds from Jaded Blossom to put off in the corner just to break up all that white.
