I wanted to pop in today and share a little crafty inspiration featuring the January 2026 release from Pretty Pink Posh, and this one is extra fun because it’s interactive! There’s just something about a shaker card that instantly brings a smile, and this sweet ladybug was the perfect excuse to shake things up a bit.

I started my card by creating the background using the Layered Heart Lattice Stencil. I blended a mix of light pinks to keep things playful and bright—very love-themed but still fresh. Once the ink blending was finished, I trimmed the panel down and layered it onto a die-cut Eyelet Rectangle, which adds just the right amount of detail and frames the design beautifully without overpowering it.

For the star of the show, I used the Ladybug Shaker die set to create an interactive element right on the card front. I love how shakers add movement and texture, and this one is especially charming. Inside the shaker, I added the Love Is Kind Seed Beads, which give the ladybug so much personality when the card is moved. It’s such a simple detail, but it really brings the whole design to life.

To finish things off, I added a sweet sentiment from the Valentine Banner Sentiment Set, die cut with the Banner Greetings Die Set. The banner shape ties in perfectly with the playful feel of the card and balances out the shaker nicely.

This project was such a joy to create—soft blends, happy colors, and a little interactive surprise always make for a winning combination.
