Welcome friends ! Today I wanted to share with you some ink pads that are great if you are just starting out with stamping. They are also great to add to your stash if you are an experienced crafter as the colors are gorgeous !
VIDEO
I have a video that you watch down below or HERE on my Youtube channel.
The ink pads I’m taking a look at today is the Rainbow Splash collection from Simon Says Stamp. I’ve had these for a while and even have some previous videos on them but as things get moved around in my craft room, they got tucked away. I dug them back out the other day and boy have I been missing out!
Here’s a look at the card I’m creating in today’s video. It’s actually a recreation of some cards that I previously sent in to Simon Says Stamp HQ.
I’ll share my other cards below.

I walk through everything in the video so down below I will list the main supplies used for the card in the video. A full visual supply list in listed at the end of this post.
SUPPLIES
- Rainbow Splash Scarlet
- Rainbow Splash Ballet
- Rainbow Splash Lime
- Rainbow Splash Emerald
- Versafine Clair
- Blending Brushes
- Snowflake Stripes Stencil
- Distress Mica Stain Unravelled
- Distress Mica Stain Frozen Fog
- Peaceful Trees Bundle
- A2 Layers Die

Beautiful right?

Now here is a look at some other cards I did. These you will see on the Simon Says Stamp website.
I used the same colors and stencil but a greeting from the Big Holiday Words Bundle.
Notice how I shifted the placement of the snowflake for a fun look.

This next card is the same color palette but I used the third layer of the stencil with some glitter paste.

Hope you enjoy today’s inspiration! If you’ve been looking for a basic ink collection to get your started – I do recommend the Rainbow Splash collection.
