Welcome friends! It’s Day TWO in the countdown to the April 2024 My Monthly Hero Kit!
My card features products from the Classic Kit this month including a layering stencil and this fun cover plate that pops out the wings of the butterflies.
I went with quite a bold look to my images by using the colors
- Spicy Mustard
- Pumpkin
- Green Hills
- Pine
- Pitch Black
I added highlights to the areas using a white gel pen and splatters with iridescent shimmer spray.

Mindy – the white gel pen makes those images POP!

Mindy, you said that you went bold colors, but I say that you made a perfect color combination that gives your card a beautiful vibrant many occasions card and the cover plate makes it even more unique. I love the color combination and and the cover plate effects.

What a vibrant and happy card with the bold yellow and orange and the black accents. The white accents on the black just makes the card pop.
