For my card today, I’m getting inky.

On Tim Holtz watercolor paper, I sprayed a rainbow of Distress Spray Stains. I tried to keep the spray towards the edge so I just have splatters in the middle

After the panel was dry, I stamped the Parallelogram background onto the background using Versafine Nocturne Ink.

For the sentiment, I’m using the Big Old Birthday stamp and die set. I went for a classic look of stamping in Black ink onto White cardstock. This has been a popular set so if it’s sold out, be sure to click the Notify Me button.

After trimming out the sentiment with the coordinating die, I popped it up in the center using foam squares.

Simon Says Stamp is giving away a $25 coupon to every stop along the hop. Leave a comment to eligible to win. Winners will be picked and then posted on the Simon Says Stamp blog on Wednesday, Feb 22. Winners will need to email Simon Says Stamp to claim their prize.

Your next stop in the hop is Emma Williams.
