Hello friends!
Do you stitch on your card? I normally don’t mainly because it’s hard for me to sit still lol but I do enjoy the process and the look of it.
Here’s a little secret – I used to cross stitch, what feels like, a life time ago! It was probably 17+ years ago I did all kinds of cross stitch. Now it’s kind of fun to bring this little bit of my past into my present.
This first card features the Spellbinders Large Die of the Month. Spellbinders has come out with numerous stitching dies. I’ve even played with a few. It’s like riding a bike, once you get the hang of it again, it’s off to the races!

I paired the large stitched sentiment with the Plaid embossing folder and die cut the word Thank from gold mirror cardstock using the Smooth Lines Mix & Match Sentiments.
The next card is hard to believe it’s the Spellbinders Small Die of the Month. They just jam pack these subscriptions!

This time it creates a beautiful floral arrangement around the sentiment which I also die cut from gold mirror cardstock.

I added a bit of foiling for a smaller sentiment using the Mini Everyday Sentiment hot foil plate and subtle texture to the background with the Sun Rays embossing folder.
I hope you enjoyed today’s inspiration! I think I need to do some shopping at the Spellbinders website and update my DMC Floss color selection. It’s been a while.
Very pretty!! Love that large alpha die set from SB.
