Welcome everyone! I have a fun Halloween Interactive card to share today using the Flippin Awesome die from Lawn Fawn!

CARD DETAILS

I think these interactive cards are really fun to tell a story. Mine is about this Yeti getting a pumpkin for Halloween and carving a fun face. These Yetis are not just for winter. They want to have fun all year round! They would also make great monsters on a Halloween card.

To create my scene, I used Happy Harvest, Pick of the Patch and Yeti or Not stamp sets. They are stamped in Jet Black ink onto white card stock with my Misti tool and colored with copic markers.

I created a spooky night time background by ink blending Salty Ocean, Blueprint Sketch and Chipped Sapphire Distress Oxide inks with a Life Changing Blender Brush. I splattered on Liquid Stardust and gold paint from the Gansai Tambi Starry Colors for sparkly stars.

For my scenery, I used a Stitched Hillside Border die cut from Cilantro card stock and ink blended with Pine Needles. I also added the Spooky Fence that I die cut from Black Glitter card stock from the Autumn Collection.

Once my interactive card was put together, I decided to add a few more elements from the Spooktacular stamp set.

The sentiments are from the Spooky Village and Pick of the Patch stamp set which paired perfectly with my scene. I stamped them in Embossing Ink onto Black Licorice card stock and heat embossed with White embossing powder. I then used the Everyday Sentiments Banner die to cut out my sentiments and attach to my card front.

I hope you enjoyed todays’ inspiration!
