Cards Embossing Gina K Designs Zig Clean Color Markers

Gina K Designs September Release Part 3

Welcome back everyone! Today I’m sharing more inspiration from the Gina K Designs September Release.

I’m starting with the gorgeous Majestic Peony stamp set. This large flower takes up almost the entire front of an A2 size card and is so fun to color!

I stamped my image onto Arches Coldpress Watercolor paper using Gina K Designs Embossing Ink. Then I sprinkled on Silver Embossing Powder and heat set.

After my image was cool, I started to color using my Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and a paint brush. I used the colors, No. 050 Yellow, No.024 Wine Red, No.004 Fl. Green, No.041 Light Green, No.036 Light Blue, No.031 Cobalt Blue and No.034 Dull Blue.

Once my panel was dry, I trimmed down to 3 3/4″ x 5″ and attached to a piece of craft foam to help flatten my panel. I attached my colored panel to an A2 size card base made from white card stock. My sentiment, which comes from the Happy Fall stamp set, is stamped on white card stock with Obsidian Ink

For my next couple of cards I’ll be using stamp sets from the Autumn Splendor card kit. This kit is currently sold out but if you ordered it, I hope this brings you some inspiration. If you missed out, the stamp sets will be sold individually in October.

On a piece of white card stock, I started by stamping my sentiment from the Layered Leaf Prints stamp set. I thought it was best to have that stamped first so I knew how far to go in with my leaf images.

Using the comfort blocks, I went around the entire edge of the card adding my leaf prints. I used a variety of non-traditional Fall colors including, Lovely Lavender, Edible Eggplant, Key Lime, Fresh Asparagus, Innocent Pink, Tomato Soup, Sea Glass, and Tranquil Teal.

Very clean and simple card yet so much fun especially when changing up colors.

My last card is featuring the Colossal Cone Flower stamp set from the Autumn Splendor kit. On a piece of Turquoise Sea card stock, I randomly stamped my flower image with a comfort block and Embossing Ink. Then I sprinkled on Clear Embossing Powder and heat set.

It’s fun creating your own backgrounds especially subtle ones like this.

I trimmed the panel down to 3 3/4″ x 5″ and attached to a piece of craft foam for dimension. Then I added the panel to an A2 size notecard made from white card stock.

The sentiment is from the Mini Sunshine stamp set. I stamped this tiny greeting in Embossing Ink onto Black Onyx card stock, sprinkled on Champagne Embossing Powder and heat set.

I trimmed the sentiment down to a thin strip and attached to my card front with foam squares.

I hope you enjoyed today’s inspiration. I have all my supplies listed down below
