Altenew Cards Concord & 9th Czdesign Simon Says Stamp

Big Thanks!

Welcome everyone! Today I’m sharing some Thank You cards I created just in time for the end of the school year.

I am starting out my card by stamping the Lovely Blossoms Turnabout stamp from Concord & 9th onto Neenah White card stock 80 lb with the Glacier Caves Ink set from Altenew. Altenew inks are great for layering but they also work perfectly for Turnabout stamp sets. I didn’t have to focus on which colors looks good together because Altenew ink sets did the work for me.

I trimmed my panel down to 4″ x 5 1/4″ and die cut the Big Thanks from it. I love the unique way the letters are arranged in the die. For one card, I added foam tape to the back of my panel and attached to a notecard I created from Moonstone card stock.

For my card below, I went ahead and die cut the Big Thanks two more times from white card stock and layered together with Gina K Designs Connect Glue.

I added my stacked piece to a note card created from Fog card stock.

My sentiment is from the amazing stamp set Good Job Mama from Simon Says Stamp/CZ Design. I stamped my sentiment in embossing ink onto Moonstone cardstock and heat embossed with White embossing powder. I used the Sentiment Labels die to cut out this perfect this strip.

I added the sentiment strip to the top of my letters using the Connect Glue.

This is just the start of all the thank you cards I’ll need for the end of the year but this Big Thanks die will sure make it easy for me!

This blue color combination is such a striking color!

I hope you enjoyed today’s inspiration!
