Let’s Toast Pull Tab Add-On with a twist! – Lawn Fawn

Welcome everyone!  I have something super fun to share with you today! I’m going to create a pop up card using the Let’s Toast Pull Tab Add-On but instead of toast, I’m having a little bunny popping up! There are really so many ideas I had for this but I tried to keep it simple.
VIDEO DETAILS
I have a video showing the whole process that you can view down below or HERE on my Youtube channel. It’s a lot easier to see it in action versus typing it out.
CARD DETAILS
How cute is this to have a little bunny popping up with a carrot?! I used the Some Bunny stamp set and coordinating die for my project today. My images are stamped onto Lawn Fawn’s white card stock using Lawn Fawn Jet Black Ink. Then colored with copic markers and cut with the coordinating die.
To create the scene, I die cut the grassy border from Cilantro card stock. The biggest key in using the Pull Tab Add On with the bunny holding the carrot is layer your grass with two layers of foam tape. That way your bunny and carrot won’t catch on the grass when you slide it up and down.
Keeping the scene fairly simple, I added clouds to the background using the Simply Puffy Clouds die and Pixie Dust card stock. The outer stitched edge is die cut using the Large Stitched 4 Bar Rectangle die.
The sweet sentiment is also from the Some Bunny stamp set in which I heat embossed with white embossing powder onto Moonstone card stock. Then I trimmed out with the Everyday Sentiment Banners die.
Are your wheels spinning yet on what you could create with this?
Be sure to check out the video HERE for full instructions and if I sound a little off in it I apologize. I recorded the voiceover while I had an ear infection so it was a little difficult lol.
I hope this has inspired you! Just think of all the different things you could have popping up out of the grass or climbing trees. So many possibilities! It’s not just for toast! haha!
