Welcome back everyone! Today’s card is playing along with the My Favorite Things Sketch Challenge 411.
I finally broke down and ordered this adorable Yeti from the Beast Friends stamp set. I stamped my image onto Neenah Solar White cardstock with MFT Extreme Black Ink which is copic friendly. Then using the dot technique I colored in my image. The dot technique is where you can still use a 3-4 color blend but instead of blending, you add little dots. This helps add texture to your image.
Once colored, I die cut using the coordinating die. For my background, I am using a piece of Bristol Smooth cardstock trimmed down to 4″ x 5 1/4″ and masked off a rectangle area. I ink blended Spun Sugar, Picked Raspberry and Seedless Preserve Distress Oxide inks.
This fun sentiment is from the new Sassy Pants stamp set. I know it’s not for everyone but I love these sentiments! I white heat embossed onto Black cardstock.
My panel is added to an A2 size notecard with craft foam for dimension.
