Friendly Frolic – Simon Says Stamp Release!

Welcome to the Friendly Frolic Release from Simon Says Stamp! I have two cards to share today featuring the Plantiful Puns stamp set!

I adore this stamp set. I’m a sucker for puns and this was perfect for me. Plus I could use my copics. Bonus! For my first card shown below, I stamped this image onto Neenah white cardstock with Simon Says Stamp Black ink then colored with my copic markers. I also drew in my own table for the flowers to sit on.
I masked the flowers and added this fun stenciled background using the Tap Dance Stencil and Victorian Distress Ink. I then die cut it from the Stitched Rectangle Die and foam mounted to a piece of Ivory Cardstock.
I attached my panel to a piece of Fog cardstock that I had trimmed down to A2 size.
Copics Used for the card above are
E47, E37, E35, E31
RV21, RV14, RV29
YG01, G09
B0000, B000, B21
For my next card, I also stamped this onto Neenah white cardstock with Simon Says Stamp Black Ink and colored with copic markers.
I used the same Stitched Rectangle die and layered with Ivory and Fog cardstock.
This fun sentiment is from the same stamp set and I white heat embossed it onto black cardstock.
For a little interest and sparkle I added some Ivory Jewels from Pretty Pink Posh.
Copics Used
V01, V05, V09
G07, YG07, YG01
C7, C6, C5, C4, C3, C1
Be sure to check out the rest of the release below! So much awesomeness!!
