Hey friends! Today’s video and card project is sharing how I took a snowflake stencil and used outside the holiday season.

For this project, I’m using the Nordic Snowflake stencil from Honey Bee Stamps.

I’m going for tone-on-tone by using Pink Lemonade Cardstock with Pink Lemonade ink from Concord & 9th for the first layer of the stencil.

I’ll enhance some of the areas of the stencil using a shader brush and Honeysuckle ink.

For the second layer of the stencil, I’m going to use Moonstone Glimmer paste.

While that is drying, I’m stamping the Daisy Layers Bouquet in Intense Black and the do some simple copic coloring to the image.

Can you even really tell it was a snowflake background if I hadn’t told you??

Makes for a stunning yet subtle background.
