Welcome back everyone! Today’s card is showcasing this adorable image from the Spring Pinkies stamp set from C.C. Designs! Isn’t she just precious!? I pictured her in a party mode so I decided to give her a colorful background.
This is going to be a one layer card. I will start out by creating a mask for my image. Then I’m going to line up my image onto my A2 size notecard and figure out exactly where I want to stamp the crown and wand. I’ll remove my image stamp, and stamp the crown and wand first using a copic friendly ink. Then I can add a mask to them and stamp my adorable image. This will make it so the crown and wand are sitting in the front of the image.
I’ll apply a mask to my image, and add this fun Confetti Stencil using a rainbow assortment of colors of Distress Inks. Once my background is done, I can remove the masks and start coloring with my copic markers.
To keep this one layer, I stamped my sentiment directly onto the front of the card and added some Sparkling Confetti.
I hope you enjoyed this look into masking!
