Welcome to the weekend! It’s time for a challenge with Kraftin Kimmie Stamps!
We’ve got a super easy theme for you this week and we hope you can play along!
We want EVERYONE to play along and join in the krafty fun, SO we’ve made this week an easy challenge!
It’s ANYTHING GOES!
My card today if featuring Beach Blanket Bingo which is currently out of stock (sorry!) but be sure to click the Notify Me button so you know when it’s back in!
I stamped my image onto Neenah white cardstock with copic friendly ink and then color with my copics markers. Then I cut it out with my Scan n Cut machine.
For the background, I started with a piece of Bristol Smooth cardstock and laid down some squeezed lemonade distress oxide ink. Then I used the sunrise radiating rays stencils and added some spice marmalade distress oxide. For my waves, I used Blueprint Sketch and Mermaid Lagoon distress oxide then spritzed with water and dabbed up with a paper towel. I die cut this piece from the Ocean Waves die.
The sand is distressed with antique linen and vintage photo distress oxide ink and diecut from the ocean waves die set as well. I started assembling my card onto a piece of 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ white cardstock. My image is popped up with some foam squares for dimension.
I’m really happy with how this card turned out and I hope you are too!
