Hello crafty friends! Today I’m creating some easy fall florals with the beautiful Rustic Bouquet Bundle from Concord & 9th. I pulled inspiration from a fall color palette and added a few simple details to give the die cuts more depth and interest.

Watch the video down below or HERE on Youtube on how this card came together.

For the bouquet, I die cut the flowers from Nectar, Grapefruit, and Wildberry Cardstock, with the sprigs and leaves cut from Avocado, Artichoke, Sand, and Peanut Cardstock.
To add a little more depth to the flowers, I blended Grapefruit, Sorbet, and Plumberry inks in the center of the die-cut pieces and White pigment ink to the edges. I love how a little bit of ink blending can completely change the look of solid cardstock! Once everything was blended, I splattered the flowers and stems with white paint for some extra texture and detail.
The watering can was die cut from Cobblestone Cardstock, and I blended the edges with Cobblestone ink to help define the shape.

For the background, I started with white cardstock and stamped the Easy Repeat Light Linen Stamp Set in Pebble ink. This adds a subtle pattern without competing with all of those beautiful fall florals.
I also added a piece of Sand Cardstock beneath the watering can to ground the arrangement and separate it from the background.
To finish off the card, I added a sentiment from the Kristina Werner Calm Canopy set.

I love how this fall-inspired palette gives the Rustic Bouquet a completely different look! The ink blending and white splatters are such simple ways to add a little something extra to die-cut pieces.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
