Welcome friends! Today I’m joining my friends over at Hero Arts to celebrate their Holiday Catalog release filled with amazing holiday products.

I’ll tell ya right now, if you get anything from this release, PICK UP THE ACRYLIC SPRAY!! It is probably the best white splatter I have seen yet!

I purposely created my card on Toffee cardstock just so I could splatter the background to test out the white. This white was actually in a previous MMH kit and I have hoping that they would add it to the regular product line.

This card also features the Poinsettia pattern stamp and stencil. I stamped the image in a light grey ink and then used the stencil to apply color. I thought about restamping in Black ink like I usually do but decided I liked the no-line look from the light grey ink.

So instead of stamping the outline again in Black, I added Gold Paste to the centers of the flowers.

The sentiment also comes from the Poinsettia Pattern stamp set. I stamped it in Black ink and trimmed out with a sentiment strip die.

As I mentioned, I splattered the background with the acrylic spray. I took the nozzle off, added a couple drops to my work surface, mixed with a drop or two of water and splattered.

So fantastic! It didn’t pick up any of the color behind it. It stays true white!
