Cards Distress Oxide Inks Distress Spritz Halloween Simon Says Stamp

Cheering For You Release with Simon Says Stamp

Well friends, it’s time for another fabulous release from Simon Says Stamp!! It’s a beauty! Check out this amazing collection of inspiration.

I’m sorry I’ve been a little quiet lately. I had lots of big projects to handle all around the same time and it kind of zapped me a little so I’ve been taking it easy behind the scenes. I did some organizing over the weekend and just chillin lol ..

But I’m back with some inspiration and it’s a spooky one!!!

Halloween and Fall is my absolute FAVORITE SEASON, yes Halloween is a season to me lol so I’m kicking off the inspiration with my Spooky card.

I started out by foiling the clear panel from the Acetate Bats collection using my Fuse Foiling System.

Then, on another piece of cardstock, I ink blending a background using Distress Oxide inks and the Moon Mask Stencils.

Once ink blending ,I lightly sprizted with Distress Spritz from Tim Holtz.

I die cut the Hey Boo from white and black cardstock and layered together for dimension. Then I added this sentiment to the front of the acetate panel.

Now to attach this card together, I started by taking the ink blended panel and adding it to a side folding card base.

To attach the acetate panel I added bit of foam tape behind the foiled pieces and the sentiment. That will hide the foam but also secure my panel to the ink blended card front.

I love that I have these bats flying over the moon!

I am all set for Halloween folks!

Enjoy the release !

No one does a spooky moon quite like Mindy E!! I love your card, even though I am the opposite of you: I barely do anything w/ Halloween. I love your product, though!! Super-cool sky !
