Hello friends and welcome to the the Hero Arts My Monthly Hero countdown for the January 2024 kit!
I have a card that can be used for Valentine’s day or friendship.
I created this beautiful floral background trying to keep the focus on one color. Most of the stencil is ink blended in a monochromatic tone but keeping the flowers pink.
The colors I used are
- Sand
- Cup O Joe
- Azalea
- Cotton Candy
Through one of the layers, I applied glitter paste for added sparkle.
I trimmed the panel down and added it to a white panel I die cut from the Postage die.

I really like the soft brown background with the pink floral. Also using the postage stamp backing gives a really neat and clean appearance to the card. I wish I had the postage stamp die set and hopefully will be able to add it to my collection soon.
