I’m so excited to be joining Altenew in a video hop celebrating their latest release! They have so many amazing new products and it brought me great joy creating these cards.
You can watch the video down below or HERE on my Youtube channel.
Now unfortunately, I wasn’t able to include every card from this blog post in the video but I do explain how I created them.
Down below I’ll go over the main supplies used.
I fell in love with this Wrought Iron Gate die. I die cut one from Brushed Gold Cardstock and one from White cardstock.
For this background I ink blended Coral Berry & Sunkissed using a large flat blending brush.
I thought this would look great paired with the Birdbath die set.
I finished off the card with a sentiment from the Delightful Day stamp set.
The second card I created with the Iron Gate has a background I ink blended using Starlight Ink and Forest Glades.
Next we have one of my favorite dies from this release and that is the Chestnut Tree Layering Die. I can see this being used throughout the whole year!
I paired these trees with the Rolling Hills embossing folder.
My next card also has the Chestnut Tree but I added it to a background I created with the Sunrise In The Park stamp set.
Now a card I created off screen is featuring the Watercolor Roses Stencil.
I created a one layer card by ink blending on the image and stamping my sentiment so it is overlapping.
My last card to feature in the release is using the Delightful Day stamp set.
This stamp set is unique because it was designed to work with the grid on the Stampwheel.
