Altenew January 2023 Nostalgic Memories Stamp/Die/Stencil Release Blog Hop #1

Happy New Year friends! It’s my first post of the year and I’m kicking it off with inspiration from the Altenew Nostalgic Memories release.

I combined a couple of the new products to create my card.

Starting with the Nostalgic Memories stamp set, I stamped the images in a light grey ink. Then I used the coordinating stencil to add color to my florals.

On the background of my card, I ink blended a grounding point using the Circle Frame stencil.

I stamped a small sentiment in Black ink and then added a die cut word using the Far Out Phrases die set.

Very clean and simple card but I was able to add a bit of interest by varying my ink blending on the florals.

Another card I wanted to share features the gorgeous Stained Glass Medallion die set.

I layered them together with shades of teal and white glitter cardstock.

The background is created using the Shattered Cubes embossing folder.

The sentiment is from the Far Out Phrases die set.

Hope you enjoyed today’s inspiration!
