First let’s take a look at the new colors of ink. Welcome to the family Spicy Mustard, Peony, Espresso, Antique Ivory, Amethyst and Mist.
Notice there is also a change in the ink pad lid. Now all of the inks are uniform in design.
Here’s a look at the new Spicy Mustard which matches beautifully with Mustard cardstock.
Speaking of cardstock….. we have some new family members there as well.
I have some more amazing information and a super special deal to share with you but first let’s take a look at my card featuring Spicy Mustard.
The best way for me to highlight this color is with a stencil.
I used the Large Flower stencil and medium blending brush.
So many things came to mind when creating this background but I thought this chubby little bee from the Sweet As Honey stamp set would be adorable on the card.
I added a sentiment from Color Layering Monarch stamped in Intense Black Ink.
Then added splatters using my Gold and White Glimmer Metallic inks.
Once the bee is attached, I finished it off with some sequins from the Winter mix topped off with White Pearls.
Isn’t that yellow dreamy?!
