Window Scene: No Measuring Needed!

Hi friends! I have some more inspiration to share with you using the new Gina K Designs release! This one is featuring the Master Layouts 9 and Friendly Silhouettes stamp set.

I don’t know about you but I do not like to measure out masked off scenes like this window scene. Thankfully, Gina just took all the guess work and frustration away by creating the Master Layouts 9 set.

I have a video explaining the entire process of my card that you can view down below or HERE on my Youtube channel.

Have you tried Masking Magic? It really is magic! It has such a great hold to the cardstock and does not rip the paper when removing it.

To be honest, the blending of this scene was kind of an experiment. I wasn’t sure how it would come out but I am loving it!

Colors I used to create the scene are Sweet Corn, Tranquil Teal and In The Navy.

I added the silhouette images to the scene before removing the masking magic by stamping in Obsidian ink.

There are many great sentiments throughout Gina’s collection but I thought this one from Beautiful Butterflies was perfect.

I wanted to step up this scene a little so I added highlight areas to the silhouette images using a white gelly roll pen.

  1. Mindy your card is beautiful. Stepping it up with the gel pen was just that extra something. Happy New Year!
