VIDEO: How To Create A Center Picture Window

Welcome back everyone! Today I’m sharing a fun little center picture window with these adorable mice from Lawn Fawn’s Merry Mice set.

I thought it would cute to create a little scene on the inside – kind of the like the mice are tucked away in a tree – decorating for Christmas.

I have a video that you can view down below or HERE on my Youtube channel.

I am using images from Merry Mice, Joy To All, Dandy Day and Winter Skies.

I have a beautiful winter sky that I created by ink blending Salvaged Patina, Blueprint Sketch and Villainous Potion Distress Oxide Inks. Such a beautiful combination!

I love how these mice are hanging ornaments on their tree. Since I was imagining them in a tree, I die cut the center piece from woodgrain cardstock.

I’m also very much in love with this candycane strip pattern from the Let It Shine paper pack in which I used to decorate the front of the card.

Be sure to check out the video for the full tutorial.

Have a wonderful week and thanks for stopping by!

  1. Fantastic card. Thank you for your great tips.

  2. Adorable!! Thanks for the video. I think I would have colored the “inside” of the tree trunk brown inside. But perhaps the mice have painted their living room? Your work is always dynamite, Mindy! I am so thankful for YOU!
