VIDEO: Rainbow Ink Blending

Hi everyone! I have been experimenting today with a new filming set up and did a little test video. I love how the card turned out so much that I decided to post the video.

I apologize I do not have a voiceover for it but I hope you still enjoy the card and the process.

As always, supplies are listed down below.

You can view the video down below or HERE on my Youtube channel.

I start the card by ink blending Cherry Red, Sweet Mango, Sweet Corn, Lucky Clover, Blue Lagoon and Wild Lilac onto Layering White cardstock using Gina K Designs blending brushes.

Then I stamp the large floral image from Caring Flowers in Obsidian ink using my Misti Tool.

Once the panel is dry, I will trim it down to 3 1/2″ x 4 3/4″ and add to a white card base made from Heavy Weight cardstock using a dot runner.

I die cut the word Today which comes from the Time To Coast Card Kit from Black Onyx cardstock and added a the shadow layer using Gina’s vellum.

The smaller sentiment is from the Enjoyable Greetings stamp set which is also a part of the Time To Coast Card Kit. I heat embossed it in white embossing powder onto Black Onyx cardstock. Then used a small flag banner from the Master Layouts 3 die set to cut it out. I like to also trim off the flags with a paper trimmer but the small die helps me get perfect edges.

After adhering everything down, I’m adding a few dew drops with liquid glue. It will look white at first but the glue dried clear.

Thanks so much for stopping by today! Hope you enjoyed the quick little video and rainbow card!
