VIDEO: Slimline Winter Scene with Lawn Fawn

Welcome everyone! I have a Slimline Winter Scene to share with you today.

VIDEO

I have a video showing how to create this scene that you can view down below or HERE on my Youtube channel.

I have a thing for trees on my holiday/winter cards so I couldn’t help myself by using the Birch Trees from Lawn Fawn. I first started by creating my background by ink blending Blueprint Sketch and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide inks onto white card stock with a blender brush. This color combo creates such a beautiful glow.

I adhered my birch trees with a tape runner and added a snowy hill with the Slimline Simple Stitched Hillside Border. I stenciled on a background with the Snowy Sky Stencil and some Icicle Blue Sparkle Cosmic Shimmer.

I stretched my sentiment across the card using the Oliver’s Stitched ABC’s die cut from Blue Jay and Fog card stock. I added some smaller sentiment heat embossed on Fog card stock with White embossing powder.

These adorable little bears come from the Den Sweet Den and Snow Much Fun stamp sets which I colored with my copic markers.

Hope you enjoyed today’s inspiration! I love creating slimline cards as there is so much room to work with.
