Welcome everyone! Have you heard? The Summer release from Honey Bee Stamps is now available! I’m excited to be part of their Day 2 Blog Hop featuring new products.
I have a video for you today showing how I copic colored this image for my card. You can view the video down below or HERE on my Youtube channel.
Today I’m using the new Paradise Blooms stamp set. This has a bunch of great floral images on it. I’m focusing on the Hibiscus floral image and a couple leaves. All of my images are stamped in a copic friendly ink onto Neenah Solar White 80 lb. cardstock.
I have all of my colors listed below for easy reference.
For the background I’m using the new Beach Vibes paper pack. It’s so hard to use any of these papers because they are so amazing. The paper packs are 6″ x 6″ and come in 24 sheets, 2 of each design.
I trimmed my paper down to 3 3/4″ x 5″ and adhered it to 3 more pieces of white cardstock cut to the same size to add dimension. I decided on doing this because I’ve been struggling with foam tape. I love adding dimension but I could always see the lines of the foam tape through my panels so I’m giving this a try.
For the sentiment, I die cut the Scripty Hello out of Gold Mirror cardstock using the Slimline Sentiments. The smaller sentiment comes from the Paradise Blooms stamp set. I love how there are coordinating dies for the smaller sentiments.
I hope you enjoyed today’s inspiration!
