Taylored Expressions Building Blocks & Scribble Roses + Videos

Welcome everyone! I have TWO videos for you today because I was having tons of fun with some products fro Taylored Expressions.

First I’m sharing something extra special.

I like to try and scrapbook when I can and have been using the pocket style of scrapbooking. One of the things I like to add to my pages to keep things super simple is small sentiment strips. Taylored Expressions has some amazing Simple Strip sets but nothing really scrapbook related. I asked if she could come up with something for scrapbooking and she came through!

Introducing the Building Blocks Memories stamp set. It has amazing sentiments that can really be used for cardmaking or scrapbooking. I can stamp and die cut them all at once in various colors and have them ready for my pages.

I have a video that you can view down below or HERE on my Youtube channel.

You can either add these strips right to your pictures, which I do like to do, or add them to a custom created journal card.

I ink blended the Heart to Heart Stencil with Strawberry Milkshake, Lemon Meringue, Sprinkles and Lavender Glaze ink with the blending brushes onto a 6″ x 6″ piece of white cardstock. The transition between these colors gives me the full spectrum of the rainbow.

After trimming the blended panel down, I added these sentiments to them with a dot runner.

I can’t wait to add these to more pages in my books!

One other thing I wanted to share today is the Scribble Rose cling and clear combo. I thought this was such a genius set. It’s a very simple card to create but so cool!

I have a video showing how this works that you can view down below or HERE on my Youtube channel.

I’m using Oreo ink to stamp the background on white cardstock.

I filled in the flowers and leaves with Jelly Donut, Lavender Glaze, Lime Zest and Key Lime inks from Taylored Expressions.

Be sure to watch the video on why I think this is so awesome!

I love making encouragement cards so I stamped this one from the Penned Pretty stamp set onto a circle die cut.

Isn’t that amazing!? I love the versatility of this stamp set. You can use the clear set to add different colors to your image or just use the background to color in yourself.
