It’s time for another Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge! I am so thrilled to be the in the Designer Spotlight for the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge .

This week we have a Moodboard to help inspire you.

Here is the Moodboard that was created for you.

I loved the eggs in this picture and went with that as my inspiration. I’m also using the Hello Bluebird Elephant Friends stamp set. This was the very first stamp set I purchased from Hello Bluebird when they first came out and it’s still a favorite of mine!

I stamped my images from Elephant Friends and Eggstra Amazing Easter in copic friendly ink and colored in with copic markers. Then used the coordinating dies to cut out my images.

Using white cardstock and a Nesting Circle die, I cut out 3 circles from the front of the card to create windows.

On another piece of white cardstock, I ink blended the areas that will show through the windows with Distress Inks. I used warm colors of ink to go along with my Spring theme.

After my ink blending, I attached my Easter eggs and elephants using a dot runner. I added foam tape to the back of my front panel and attached over the ink blended panel.

I finsihed off my card by adding a sentiment that I heat embossed in White onto Black cardstock and then trimmed down to a thin strip.
