Welcome everyone! I have some inspiration to share using both the Large and Small Die of the Month from Spellbinders. They just went together so well I couldn’t resist.
These are still available for purchase and are jam packed with product! You can read more about becoming a club member HERE.
Now even though the Large Die of the Month, Kaleidoscope Trio Strips and Borders has a ton of designs on it, I fell in love with this one. You could interpret it as a poinsettia or a snowflake.
I created the same background for both cards just switching up the colors and yes, I’m still making Christmas cards (ha!).

I ink blended Christmas Pine Ink onto Fresh Asparagus cardstock using the Plaid Stencil from The Stamp Market. I used the border die from this design to trim off one of the edges. My Kaleidoscope Snowflake is die cut from Silver Glitter cardstock and white cardstock. Then I layered together with liquid glue and it fits perfectly with the border edge that I die cut.
I finished off by layering the plaid panel onto white cardstock and then Fog cardstock as the base.
The simple sentiment I’ve attached is using the Small Die of the Month which is Our Favorite Font Sentiment.

My next card is pretty similar except I used Mulled Wine ink with Cherry Red cardstock.
I die cut the outline border again from the bottom of the card and layered the Kaleidoscope design that I die cut from Gold Glitter cardstock and white cardstock over the top.

Do you have a birthday in December? Or know someone who does? If so, then you know they usually get the short end of the stick. Their cards are mixed with Christmas cards and birthday/Christmas presents are combined. I know because my brother has a birthday 3 days after Christmas and I’m guilty of doing this lol. Just like today.

Also, don’t miss out on the the Two-Day Fire Sale going on right now !
