Stippled Flowers – Gina K Designs

I am absolutely in love with this new stamp set from Gina K Designs. It’s called Stippled Flowers and it’s just such a gorgeous set!
I’ve seen quite a few techniques done with this set and some I’ve experimented with but for today’s card I used my good ol’ copic markers.
Now don’t faint or anything but I actually did some masking on this card. If you are a follower of me you know I’m not fond of fussy cutting but I just couldn’t resist. I created masks for my flowers so I could stamp them in the bottom corner of my card with copic friendly ink. Then colored with my copic markers.
I trimmed my cardstock down to 3 1/2″ x 3 1/2″ because I didn’t want to have a ton of white space. Then I layered my cardstock and ended with a 4″ x 4″ base. I also use the Boho Flower stamp set to stamp and die cut the word YOU and heat embossed the sentiment with white embossing powder on black cardstock.
I hope you enjoyed today’s card. I’ve really been having fun playing around with different techniques that I hope to share soon!

(I’m also entering this into the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge)
