Your Next Stamp – Sweet Theme

Welcome back everyone ! Today’s post is for Your Next Stamp and the theme is Sweet. The first thing that comes to my mind is candy haha!
This project comes together so easy and quick! You can make a bunch of them in no time! I love making little treats for my kid’s classmates and teachers. I’m using the Lollipop cover die with various Spring colors of cardstock from my stash.
Next, I measure out the size of the front panel and cut a few pieces of Neenah white cardstock down to 1 1/2″ x 1 1/4″ so they will fit perfectly. Next, I will stamp some of these cute chickies onto the cardstock using a copic friendly ink. I’m just going to quickly color them up with my copic markers. I also used the “for you” sentiment from the So Happy For You stamp set to personalize the cover a little.
Then, I’m going to add these white panels to the front piece of my colored cardstock. The flap will overhang a little on the cardstock which is why I stamped my images towards the bottom. The die embosses some fold lines so you can go through and fold them all on the creases. I’ll slide my sucker through the precut hole and add some ribbon to tie them off. So simple and so cute!
To make sure the flap stays down when I’m transporting to school, I added a small strip of adhesive.
Thanks for joining me today! I hope you’ll give these treats a try. My daughter already tried to steal one lol!
