My project today for the challenge is using this sweet humming bird from the newly release Humming By stamp set. I love how it looks like I captured a picture of it flying UP in the clouds.
I stamped my image onto Neenah white cardstock with Black Copic friendly ink from Your Next Stamp and colored with my copic markers. Then I cut it out with the coordinating die set. These are so handy to have !
Next, I stenciled in some clouds with my mini cloud stencil and Mermaid Lagoon Distress Oxide ink onto Bristol Smooth cardstock. I cut a white frame from Neenah white cardstock using the Polaroid Die from YNS and added that to my stenciled background, trimming off the excess around it. I love this picture frame look!
I stamped my sentiment on the bottom of the polaroid and added to this my panel of patterned paper that I trimmed for the green cardbase. This fun pattern paper comes from the new Geometrics Paper Pack from YNS. My adorable humming bird is added with some foam squares for dimension. My finishing touch is adding this awesome gumdrops around the clouds. These gumdrops are so sparkly!
