I have school on the brain since the kids go back soon so that is how my card came together. I first stamped out my images onto Neenah White cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored them with my copic markers. I then cut the with my Scan n Cut. You could very  easily mask these to make it one image too .. but if you follow my blog .. you know I’m not the biggest fan of masking.
For my background, I used some green cardstock and my Jumbled Letters stencil from My Favorite Things and applied some Mowed Lawn Distress Ink. I love tone-on-tone looks! I then ran that background through my Big Shot using Blueprint 29 die to add the stitched border. Then I matted it with white cardstock ontop of another piece of green cardstock.
My sentiment is from the You’re a Hoot sent and I think it’s so funny! My kids say this all the time! I cut out some white cardstock with my Fishtail Die and stamped the sentiment with some Gina K Black Ink. I love how crisp and black this ink is.
