Jumbo letters birthday card C.C. Designs

Hope everyone is a fabulous weekend!!! I’m sharing today a birthday card but…. there’s no coloring!! Instead, I’m using the Jumbo Alphabet Die from C.C. Designs.

I started my card just laying down strips of different colored washi tape. Then I picked out the letters from the Alphabet die that I needed and layed them out on another piece of cardstock. I use small strips of painters paint to hold them in place while die cutting. I don’t actually use the letters but the negative piece – but be sure to save the small piece for the inside of the letter like the ‘O’.

I also ran that negative piece through my die cutting machine again using the biggest die from Rectangles #1. I used Birthday Sentiments to stamp a saying above my letters. Be sure to do this before moving on! lol

I used some foam tape behind my negative piece and attached it to my washi covered piece. Once lined up the way i wanted, I attached it all to a piece of red cardstock.
