Hey friends ! I wanted to pop in with a card I recently created using a fairly new stencil from Simon Says Stamp. There is also an embossing folder that matches up with this design but I’m just going to use the stencil today for what I’m calling No-Line Stenciling.
The reason I’m calling it no-line stenciling is because I have no outlines for my flowers. I’m going strickly off the stencil design. It creates a beautiful look!
I also used inspiration from the back of the packaging for my color choices.
So this stencil is called Tumbling Flowers and it does just that- tumbles down the front of the card.
The colors I’m using for my blending are:
I use my large blending brushes from Simon Says Stamp for most of the blending until I came to the leaves. Then I switched to smaller brushes so I could use two different shades of ink for dimension.

I trimmed the panel down with a nesting rectangles die (it was really hard to trim this piece down!) and stamped a small sentiment in Versafine ink from the I’m Sorry Sentiments stamp set.
The die cut word I’m Sorry is cut from a beautiful Matte Gold Metallic carstock.

I popped up my panel with foam tape onto an A2 size side folding cardbase.
What an absolutely gorgeous stencil! Why didn’t I play with this set sooner? I’m definitely going to pair this with the embossing folder next!
