Cards Christmas Halloween Spellbinders

Happy Hour Collection from Spellbinders

Welcome friends! On the 10th of each month Spellbinders releases their latest core collections and I am so excited to share with you the new Happy Hour Collection!

I did not design this set but I did create a lot of the cards that you will see on their website. I had so much creating with these, especially the Halloween ones!

First, let’s take a look at some of the non-holiday sets.

This is the Olive Martini set.

This card is very soft, almost delicate with a bit of glitter around the top.

I have a slightly ink blended background that fades off into white.

The Martini glass is die cut out with Mirror Silver cardstock.

Next we have the Layered Classy Glasses Press Plate and Stencil. You know I love a good coordinating stencil and this one allows you fill in the glasses.

I created the background and then popped up a window using foam tape.

You’ll find a lot of the sentiments I’m using in today’s cards come from the Cheers Sentiments Press Plate and Die set.

Now we move onto Halloween!!! I just love creating Halloween cards and had so much fun crreating these Halloween drinks.

First we have the Boos! Cocktails collection. Now this is an Add-On. You will need the original Olive Martini set to get the Martini glass.

How creepy cool is that eyeball!? I know, I know, too much for some but sooooo good !

The background I used the Layered Classy Glasses Press Plate but instead of using the Betterpress, I foiled it with gold glimmer foil.

Then I used the coordinating stencil and ink blended with a deep deep red.

How about the skeleton hand coming in from the side??? Just awesome!

I was having so much fun with this set I did a second Halloween card.

I turned the stem of the Martini glass into witches legs and zombie hands coming from the top.

The background I foiled using the Spiderweb Background Press Plate which was previously released.

The bats and the Martini glass are done in Brushed Black cardstock.

Now we have the Christmas Cocktails set. Each of these sets contains sooo many pieces to them to really change up the look of your Martini. It can filled with all sorts of fun things or keep it clean and simple.

Here my Martini has a little Santa belt and hat.

I have cute little peppermints down at the bottom.

The glass is die cut from Gold Mirror cardstock.

The background I used the Peppermint Stripes Embossing folder, also previously released.

There are a few more sets in this collection plus a bunch of other collections that are newly released so be sure to check those out!

Hope you enjoyed today’s inspiration! Thanks for stopping by!
