Welcome crafty friends! Today I’m participating in an IG Hop featuring the new Vintage Love release from Honey Bee Stamps. Be sure to head to my IG Post HERE to enter into the giveaway!
My card today features one of my new favorite stamps and that is the Vintage Flora Background Stamp. Oh. My. Word!!! This background stamp is the ultimate background stamp!
I had this colorful piece of cardstock in my stash. I created it by using a rubber brayer and some ink. Unfortunately, I do not know what colors or brand because it was a random play session but I love how it had turned out.
I stamped the Vintage Flora onto the background using Wheat Ink from Concord & 9th.

I trimmed the panel down with my Rectangle die and then added splatters of Gold Glimmer Mist and White acrylic paint.
I love the Honey Bee Lovely Layers sets but I also love how I can create these stunning silhouette images with them. I die cut the largest piece from the Lovely Layers Sweetheart Roses using Black cardstock. I layered it up twice for dimension.

For the sentiment, I’m using the Mailbox Memos which has a lot of great sentiments on it. I think this will also be another go-to for me.

The front panel of my card is created with the Lovely Layouts Posted die set for the postage edge look. Then I added my inked background, silhouette diecut and sentiment. I finished it all off with the Vintage Pearls.
Hope you enjoyed today’s card. It was super quick and easy to put together.

What a beautiful card! Your background is so soft!
Stunning, thank you for the inspiration.
You are so right – this background stamp is amazing! So unique and versatile. I wonder how you added your color to the background….maybe brayer or blending? so soft and pretty. Thanks for sharing all that you do!
